Title of the position:
HR MANAGER
Tasks and responsibilities
To set, manage and execute procedures for effective and improving personnel and facilities functions of all existing and potential employees of the Company in cooperation with other head of department to meet business objectives.
In line with company strategy and principles to be business partner for General Manager through employee and creating appropriate working conditions to meet set targets for the Company.
  • To prepare and submit to the GM a monthly report on all HR activities, changes, priorities and projects
  • To attend regular and/or ad hoc Executive meetings reporting on the activities of the HR Department and contributing to the strategic development of the entities
  • To assist the GM with the production of the annual business plan by preparing new headcount, organigram a schedule of planned recruitments for each financial year
  • To ensure the constant provision of high calibre personnel to all Departments within Hungary
  • To ensure compliance with current Hungary employment legislation
  • To organise the regular training of employees to ensure the constant improvement of skill and knowledge required to satisfy the Company’s operational objectives
  • To ensure the objective evaluation of employee performance and the setting of future objectives for each member of staff in all departments
  • To monitor, propose and implemented approved competitive and attractive compensation schemas and benefits to Hungary employees
  • To supervise the work of 4 members of the HR department
  • To ensure accurate, timely and motivational communication to all employees on salary modification and enhancements
  • To participate in organization of company events
  • To ensure the adequate day to day management of the facilities function
  • To manage and develop a motivational car policy in cooperation with Finance Department to ensure the Company’s ability to attract and retain key personnel
  • To ensure that the Company is well protected under Labour Office Inspection and other relevant authorities and legislation.
  • To prepare monthly a salary payout sheet to be signed by GM
  • To prepare and submit to GM and Finance department budget for coming fiscal years to cover all approved HR related projects, including the salary budget

Requirements:
Education
University degree or equivalent in relevant discipline (Personnel Management, Psychology, Economy…)
Language skills
Fluency in English and Hungarian both written and oral
Professional background
At least five years work experience in Human Resources Management; with experience of the pharmaceutical industry as advantage.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and Labour Code
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Acts
  • Professional, approach to all aspects of job
  • Confidence and self-assurance, with a pleasant, tactful and diplomacy manner in face-to-face meetings. Similar telephone manner
  • Role model – enthusiasm and positive approach
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work without supervision
