Title of the position:
BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER - ONCOLOGY
Tasks and responsibilities

Responsible for the profitability and growth of Oncology Business Unit
Directs the establishment of short to mid term plans, strategy and policy
Manages the staff operations

  • To ensure the realisation of strategic goals and corporate sales targets for Oncology products
  • To build, develop and coordinate Opinion Leader development strategy, ensuring the identification, management and retention of Company’s key partners in Oncology
  • To create, validate and implement marketing and sales strategy and plans
  • Leadership of Oncology Business Unit, including Sales, Marketing teams
  • Recruitment, training and development of teams
  • In all duties comply with promotional laws, standards, regulations and working practices including but not limited to Company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures
  • To be fully aware of the structures and changes within national health care system and private market place adapting product messages and marketing strategy to ensure the optimal growth of products in Oncology
  • To oversee the development, production and communication of all the tactical elements of each marketing campaign in line with the marketing plans and to the required standards, timescales and budgets
  • To work in strong partnership with Medical department and MSL-s to implement business plans and reach patient targets
  • To work in strong partnership with Governmental Affair and Market Access department in order to ensure that patients have appropriate access to the Company’s Oncology products
  • Managing Business Unit's budget as well as owning profit and loss responsibility
  • Leading commercialization of product portfolio
  • Developing systematic approach to monitor, measure and track the sales and marketing projects and business performance

Requirements:
Education
Medicine, Pharmacy or related sciences graduate
Language skills
Fluency in English and Hungarian both written and oral
Professional background
Very good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and scientific knowledge about the products and therapeutic domain
  • Very good communications skills (written and verbal) and networking skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and planning skills
  • Good management skills
  • Maintain information confidential
  • Availability to travel frequently — internally and internationally
  • Good IT literacy
