(registered address: 1065 Budapest, Bajcsy-Zsilinszky út 53., registration no.: 01-09-265342, hereinafter referred to as 'the Company'), we are committed to protecting the personal data of our customers and we place special emphasis on respecting their right of informational self-determination. We treat the personal data entrusted to us confidentially and have all security, technical and organizational measures in place that guarantee the safety of data.
The purpose of this notice is to inform our job candidates and business partners of the Company's general data protection principles and specific data protection regulations with respect to the following data processing operations:

The present notice covers personal data affected by the above data processing operations and natural persons who are or can be identified by the personal data i.e. who qualify as data subjects.
1.GENERAL DATA PROCESSING RULES
1.1. The entity entitled to process your personal data:

1.3. Rights of the data subject
- Right to receive information
The data subject has a right to request information about their data processed by the Company via the contact details
specified in this notice, and to access their data.
- Right to rectification
The data subject has a right to request from the Company the rectification of their personal data when they believe that
such data is untrue or inaccurate.
- Right to supplement missing data
The data subject has a right to request the Company to supplement their personal data when they believe that such data is
incomplete.
- Right to restriction of processing
The data subject has a right to request the Company to restrict the processing of their personal data.
- Right to withdraw the consent to data processing
If the Company's data processing is based on the job applicant's express consent to such processing, the data subject
may withdraw such consent at any time. In this case, the Company shall immediately delete the personal data pertaining
to the data subject.
- Access to Data, Right to Data Portability
The data subject has the right to get a copy of the personal data they disclosed to the Company in a structured,
commonly used and machine-readable format, and may also request the Company to transmit such data directly to
another data controller.
- Right to Erasure
The data subject has a right to request the erasure of their personal data processed by the Company, if:
° they believe that the processing of personal data is no more needed for choosing the right candidate or for concluding
° the employment contract;
° they believe that their personal data is processed by the Company unlawfully;
° they do not give their consent to further processing of their personal data;
° they have expressly objected to processing of their personal data.
1.4. Remedies
- If the data subject believes that their data is processed by the Company unlawfully, they have a right to file a request to the
Company - at any of its addresses provided above - to stop such processing. if such request is not satisfied, the data subject
is entitled to turn to the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or to court.

- In case of enforcing a claim before court, the given dispute shall be resolved by the court that has jurisdiction in the case.
The data subject may choose to start the action at the court that has jurisdiction according to their place of residence or
their place of stay. If the court decides in favour of the petitioner, the Company shall delete the data subject's personal
data within 3 days after the notification of the final decision.
2. MANAGEMENT OF CANDIDATE DATA
2.1. Type of data processed
The Company shall only process the applicants' personal data included in their CV (e.g. name, e-mail address, phone number, degree information, other professional qualifications), the result of the assessment completed by the applicant in the TalentQ system, and the user name and e-mail address provided by the applicant during registration. Registration is made via WEB-SET which is a web-based content management system, an online interface where the CVs and personal data of applicants who use the employment agency service are stored.
2.2. The purpose and legal basis of data processing
The personal data is processed on the basis of the data subject's express consent, for the purpose of selecting the best candidate.
Upon registering in WEB-SET, the candidate gives their consent to the transmission of their data to potential employers, therefore the additional purpose of data processing is to make available applicants' data to potential employers.
2.3. Duration of the data processing
The Company may process the data subject's personal data only for such time as is necessary for selecting the best candidate but for no longer than 6 months after the conclusion of the relevant employment contract. The Company is entitled to process the data subject's personal data on the basis of the data subject's express request and consent also if no employment contract is concluded. In this case, the Company is entitled to process the data subject's personal data on the basis of the data subject's express request for a period of 5 years counting from the disclosure of the data.
2.4. Other information relating to data processing
Your personal will be stored by the Company on a separate server (WEB-SET server service) so that you may download such data from the server, and use or modify the same at any time later.
After your registration in the WEB-SET system your personal data can be accessed by BIT-Hungary Limited Liability Company (registered address: 1021 Budapest, Budakeszi út 51. Logiszt. ép. fszt. 2., registration no.: 01-09-076831) in the capacity of data processor.
The data, CV, TalentQ Dimensions Report and other documents uploaded by the candidate may be processed in addition to the Company by other firms to which the Company transmits the relevant documentation based on the candidate's prior consent. Our partners are liable for data processing operations of employers, the equipments used by the partner, any other data processors and generally for the conditions of data processing done by the partner, and they can provide information about their own data processing operations.
The TalentQ Dimensions Report completed by the candidate is an online personality questionnaire whose results can be used by the Company for assessing the candidate and are to be made available to the candidate. TalentQ is only one of the evaluation criteria used by the Company, and profiling is primarily based on the personal interviews made with the Company's employees i.e. it is not done in an automated manner.
3. PROCESSING OF THE DATA OF CONTRACTUAL CONTACT PERSONS
3.1. Type of data processed
The Company processes the addresses, e-mail addresses and telephone numbers of contact persons named by its clients in connection with the performance of its orders as well as the names and signatures of the persons authorised to represent the Parties.
3.2. The purpose and legal basis of data processing
Data processing may be done exclusively for the purpose of keeping contact in connection with the contract to be concluded and for performing the agency agreement or for taking the steps necessary for the conclusion of the contract.
In the legal relationship between the designated contact person and the entity naming such contact person, the legal basis for disclosing the details of the contact person shall be provided by the relevant entity. The Company will therefore assume that its contractual partners are duly authorized to disclose the personal data they disclose to it.
The Company has a lawful interest in processing the contact person's and other representatives' data which manifests itself in the fact that it is essential for the contractual performance of the employment agency service contract that the parties can keep contact with each other.
3.3. Duration of the data processing
The Company may process contact persons' details until the termination of the contract or, where necessary, for a period of 5 years after the termination of contract in order to enable the enforcement of claims under the contract.
4. USING COOKIES
In order to provide custom-tailored services, the Company places so called cookies i.e. small data packages on the user's computer, and retrieves such data in case of a subsequent visit to the website. If the browser returns a previously saved cookie, the cookie manager may link the user's current visit with previous ones but only with respect to its own contents which means that the Company does not process personal data in relation to the cookies. The Company shall always inform the users about the cookies currently used by it.

Cookies that have a fixed validity period will be stored on the computer until they are deleted but no longer than until their expiry.
