How do we work:
In consultation with the management, we prepare the requirements profile of the job position, the job description and the offered remuneration package.
We start searching and selecting the right candidates after you have returned a signed copy of our recruitment contract.
We undertake different delivery dates depending on the position but we strive to present 3 to 5 candidates who meet the requirements within two to three weeks.
We work on a success-fee basis, thus you only have to pay us once the candidate we presented to you have signed an employment contract with you.
Our agency fee is usually adjusted to the annual gross base salary of the selected candidate.
We offer special discounts to our regular Customers.
We offer 3 to 6 months' guarantee for the candidates we present to you.
